I love this week between Christmas and New Year’s. It is a time to slow down and take stock, and then set our hopes and wishes for the next year.
This was not an easy Christmas.
If The Grinch was a cat.
You may notice the absence of grandkid pictures — that is because the little family moved in the fall 💔 It has taken me almost three months to write those words, and I guess that’s all that needs to be said about that.
Thank goodness for friends 🙏🏼 One thing we did was go to the Nutcracker.
That’s me, FYI.
We also ate a lot and went to the Idaho Botanical Garden for a light display.
It was so fun to get holiday photos of Kaibab dogs — and it isn’t too late!
Here we have Kaibab dogs from three different litters. Baby Jasper on the one end, Uncle Zuber (Bright Stars) in the middle, and Great Auntie Kiri (newly nine Sparkler) on the other end 🎄
Thank you Alison and Tom!
Zuber’s brother, Atlas, supervised cookie decorating.
Thank you, Kira!
This is Xeena, also from the Bright Stars 🩷
Thank you, Kim!
Dallas, another Bright Star, deserves a medal for keeping her four feet on the ground 🏅
Have you started setting intentions for 2026?
❤️
