Clark Osojnicki left this world on April 6, 2020. His leaving left legions of friends and fans shocked, stunned, heartbroken — and acutely aware that Covid-19 is an indiscriminate killer of good and decent human beings.

As Clark’s life was ending, a new life was beginning.
On May 26, 2020 a tiny puppy made a dramatic — and by rights and appearances, lifeless — entrance into the world in the back of a van as we raced to the veterinary clinic to try to save her.
Somehow — in the parking lot of a Tractor Supply Store in Lolo, Montana — her tiny spark ignited and then there she was: Clarkia.
No person is remembered in just one way. No person is honored by a single thing. Rather, a piece of the tapestry that was and is their life covers us in a particular way, and we honor the one who has died by weaving pieces of that into the tapestry of our own lives.
