The Daily Q: Advice from the K-Kids

Today we have excellent advice on managing the stay-the-heck-at-home orders from the K-Kids!

How about camping in your backyard? It is an excellent way to get a break from your quaranteam — after all, even our favorite people can get annoying!

Switch things up — like s’mores for dinner.

Eat outside. Hang out with your favorite people (after your night in the tent — apart). Wear fun socks. Go barefoot. SMILE.

Thanks to John for sharing all the love — and the ideas.

The Daily Q: Lucas

Kay sends us a photo of Lucas (Sparkler)…

She shares that they are doing just fine down in Arizona, and reports “…since I’m retired it’s not unlike my usual days except no dog club activities or dog shows.”

Before things closed down, Lucas qualified for a Farm Dog Certified title so that is pretty cool — congratulations to Team Lucas!

Thank you so much to Kay for the wonderful update and photo. I love to hear from all of you.

The Daily Q: Lesson from Karma

Staying in the moment — calmly and with connection.

Pete and Karma.jpg

Excellent reminder for all of us. But not easy these days — is it?

As you may have guessed, I think we are having puppies.

Maybe.

We cannot confirm with ultrasound — yet — because of restrictions on essential services at the vet clinic.

Knowing for sure feels essential to me! But it isn’t, and so we have to resort to other methods of trying to know.

Measuring.

The Magic Eight Ball.

Observation.

For example, these two are normally the same size.

Hmmmm…

Uncertainties abound. I just keep reminding myself to stay chill and in this moment.

It is easier when you are a cat.
