Although just 9:00 am, it has been a busy morning here. My oldest son, Christopher, dropped by a quick visit and so the puppies got to chalk up another new person met and I got to bake.
The puppies had their usual morning deck time.
Jasper trotted with complete confidence — wow. And Topaz used a back foot to scratch his ear!
The kids named the play structure, “Puppyland” and it is now on the deck. This is Topaz.

Not as many pics this morning because we were visiting, and then it was time to come in for naps.
“What is this nap you speak of?!”, said Jasper.
Another new visitor will be by later — lucky for them, there is still plenty of the giant cinnamon roll scone thing 😋

“All puppies have worms.” I have heard that SO many times.

It is not true. All puppies do not have worms.
Puppies that do have worms should receive deworming medications. Puppies who do not have worms should not.
Guess who!
This seems so obvious.
Why would anyone routinely give a small puppy unnecessary medication?! And yet, they do — because “all puppies have worms.” 🙄

The stools of the Gems were checked today — no worms. We will check again at eight weeks. Easy Peasy.
